Assumptions

Creating anagrams requires an alphabet of symbols that must be swapped. In a perfect anagram, each letter must be used with exactly the same number of occurrences as in the word or phrase anagram any result that does not answer is called an imperfect anagram. Diacritics are generally ignored (this is usually not relevant to the anagrams in English) and spelling standard must be used.
